Planning on having a seminar in Rochester? Let us take the burden off of your hands by hosting your next seminar here at the Country Party House. We have rooms which will accommodate from 50 to 400 guests. We offer coffee with the room rental, and our food options that will keep people satisfied throughout the day.

The Country Party House is located only 10 minutes from downtown Rochester and 20 minutes from The Rochester International Airport. No matter where your guests are coming from, we provide a quiet atmosphere to insure that your seminar goes smoothly.

Don't let the name fool you. We may have the styling of a Country Home, but we have everything you will need to make your presentation a hit. Let us know if you will need projectors, microphone, or any other audio video equipment.

Seminar Pricing

Room Rental: $100.00 per hour with a $250 minimum and a $500.00 maximum charge.
Rooms may be set for classroom style or theater seating.
Coffee service is included with your room rental.

We have rooms which will accommodate from 50 to 400 guests with theater seating, or 50 to 250 guests with classroom style seating.

We have various options of food and beverage service available, the following is just a sample.

Cold Sodas, and Ice Tea or Lemonade $.75 per person

Fruit Tray, Vegetable Tray with Dip, Port Wine Cheese Spread with Crackers, Chunk Cheese Tray with Crackers, Brownies, Fresh Baked Cookies, Swedish Meatballs, Chicken Wings
$.75 per item per person per hour

All prices are plus service charge and sales tax.
